Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has, following its annual review, affirmed the Company's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured debt rating at 'BBB-' with Stable Outlook.

Globalworth remains committed to maintaining a robust balance sheet and exercising disciplined risk management.
