Hays plc purchased 300,000 of its 1p ordinary shares on 31 October 2023, via UBS AG on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its treasury share purchase programme and with authority granted by shareholders at the 2022 AGM. The shares were acquired at prices between 96.10p and 96.90p per share, averaging 96.4249p. Hays plc (the "Company") announces that it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Company the following number of its ordinary shares of 1p each on the London Stock Exchange through UBS AG as part of its treasury share purchase programme announced on 7 September 2023.
