Hays PLC announced changes to its Board Committee composition on 4 July 2025, effective immediately. Helen Cunningham, Joe Hurd, and Susan Murray stepped down from the Audit and Risk Committee, while Joe Hurd, Cheryl Millington, and Zarin Patel stepped down from the Remuneration Committee. Following these changes, the Audit and Risk Committee now consists of Zarin Patel (Chair), Anthony Kirby, and Cheryl Millington, and the Remuneration Committee consists of Susan Murray (Chair), Helen Cunningham, and Anthony Kirby.

Committee membership changes
Hays plc ("Hays") today announces the following changes to the composition of the Board Committees with immediate effect:
· Helen Cunningham, Joe Hurd and Susan Murray will step down as members of the Audit and Risk Committee.
· Joe Hurd, Cheryl Millington and Zarin Patel will step down as members of the Remuneration Committee.
Following the above changes the composition of the Audit and Risk Committee and Remuneration Committee will be as follows:
