Transaction in own shares

Hays plc (the "Company") announces that during the period between 22 June 2026 and 26 June 2026 it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1p each on the London Stock Exchange through BNP Paribas SA as part of its treasury share purchase programme announced on 1 June 2026 and subsequent update on 8 June 2026 (the "Treasury Share Purchase Programme").

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 30,180,866 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,570,252,226 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
