Harbour Energy PLC announced on 15 September 2022 the purchase of 1,376,249 of its ordinary shares for cancellation on 14 September 2022. These shares were acquired at prices between 484.2 pence and 496.6 pence. The purchase forms part of the Company's share buy-back programme, initially announced on 16 June 2022 and extended by $100 million to $300 million on 25 August 2022, with a total of 50,628,339 ordinary shares purchased for cancellation under the programme to date.

These shares form part of the Company's share buy-back programme announced on 16 June 2022, which was extended by $100m to $300m on 25 August 2022. In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, as it forms part of Retained EU Law as defined in the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a full breakdown of the individual purchases of ordinary shares made by Jefferies on behalf of the Company as part of the buy-back programme is detailed below.
To date, Harbour has purchased 50,628,339 ordinary shares in aggregate for cancellation in connection with this buyback programme.
