Harbour Energy plc announced on 19 January 2026 that its non-executive director, Margareth Øvrum, has been nominated as a shareholder-elected member of the board of directors of Kongsberg Maritime ASA. Pursuant to the UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R requirement to give notice of a change in directorships held by directors, the Company announces that Margareth Øvrum, a non-executive director of the Company, has been nominated as a shareholder-elected member of the board of directors of Kongsberg Maritime ASA. Margareth Øvrum will be joining the board from the first day of trading of Kongsberg Maritime ASA's shares on Euronext Oslo Børs, expected to be in April 2026 subject to shareholder approval and the receipt of all applicable governmental and regulatory approvals and clearances.
