This included approving the accounts for the year ended November 30, 2021, declaring a final dividend, re-electing R Weinreich as a director, and appointing Saffery Champness as auditors with 1,735,035 votes in favour and 491 against. Resolutions to allot shares, disapply pre-emption rights, and authorize market purchases also passed, with 5,152 votes against for the latter two.
