Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Annual Reports and Accounts 2023

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that on 18 March 2024, (in compliance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3, and 6.3.5 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules) it has submitted copies of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism in full unedited text (together with this announcement): Company Annual Reports & Accounts 2023, (the 'Annual Report'); Notice of the 2024 AGM, (the 'Notice'); and Form of Proxy for the AGM.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at Headlam Group plc, Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, B46 1JU at 10 a.m. on Thursday 23 May 2024.  The Notice and the Annual Report are expected to be posted today to those shareholders that have elected to received hard copies of shareholder communications.
