Marsh & Partners plc that Rebecca Shelley has been appointed as their Independent Non-Executive Chair with effect from 26 May 2026, Hilton Food Group plc (the "Company") announces that Rebecca, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Company's Remuneration and Sustainability Committees, will step down from the Company's board. The Nomination Committee has commenced a search for a successor. The exact date on which Rebecca will step down is yet to be finalised. Once it is, the Company will make a further announcement.
