Helical PLC announced on 5 July 2024 that on 4 July 2024, share awards were made under its Performance Share Plan 2014 to Executive Directors Matthew Bonning-Snook (471,373 shares) and Tim Murphy (352,680 shares), and PDMRs James Moss (140,454 shares) and Rob Sims (86,776 shares). These nil-cost options, for which no consideration was paid, were based on an average closing price of 242.00p and will vest in July 2027, contingent upon performance criteria.

1. Performance Share Plan 2014 - 2024 Award
On 4 July 2024, under the terms of the of the Helical plc Performance Share Plan 2014 ( "Plan"), the following share awards were made to the Executive Directors/PDMRs at the average of the closing mid-market prices for the five days to 3 July 2024 of 242.00p. These awards will vest in July 2027, depending on the extent to which the Plan's performance criteria are met.
