Hellenic Petroleum Holdings S.A. announced that its Shareholders, at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on 20.09.22, approved the change of the Company's corporate name to "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings Société Anonyme". The distinctive title was also changed to "HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A.", along with a corresponding amendment of article 1 of the Company's Articles of Association.
