In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2), the Company announces that Mike Butterworth, Non-Executive Director of Hammerson plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Focusrite plc (LSE: TUNE) with effect from 1 January 2022.
Mike stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of Stock Spirits Group Plc on 29 November 2021. He remains a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Pressure Technologies Plc.
