Total Voting Rights and Capital

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules Rule 5.6.1A, the Company announces that its total issued share capital as at 31 December 2024 consists of 493,198,448 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, of which 1,300,825 shares are held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 491,897,623. This figure should be used by Shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, ordinary shares under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
