Total Voting Rights as at 30 April 2026

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that, as at 30 April 2026, its issued share capital consisted of 74,385,131 ordinary shares of 25p each, of which 17,973,601 were held in treasury.

Each ordinary share carries one vote on a poll. Ordinary shares held in treasury do not carry voting rights and, accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 56,411,530.

The Company also had 4,257 preference stock units in issue, which did not carry voting rights.

Shareholders should use 56,411,530 as the denominator for determining whether they are required to notify an interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
