Hunting PLC (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share buyback programme (the "Programme") announced on 28 August 2025, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg").

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Ordinary Shares. Following cancellation, the Company will have 155,180,749 Ordinary Shares in issue.
