HVPE TO ANNOUNCE ANNUAL RESULTS ON THURSDAY 29 MAY 2025

HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited ("HVPE" or the "Company"), a FTSE 250 investment company with global exposure to private companies, managed by HarbourVest Partners, expects to announce its annual results for the 12 months ended 31 January 2025 on Thursday, 29 May 2025.

The Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, along with the accompanying RNS, will be available on HVPE's website at the same time. Meanwhile, the Company will continue to release monthly estimated NAV updates as usual.
