Howden Joinery Group Plc held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 May 2022. Subject to AGM approval, a 2021 final dividend of 15.2 pence per share will be paid on 20 May 2022 to shareholders on record as of 8 April 2022, making the total 2021 dividend 19.5 pence per share when combined with the 4.3 pence interim dividend paid on 19 November 2021. The Company also scheduled its 2022 Half Year results release for 21 July 2022.

The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today.
Trading Information
Following the release of the Trading Update on 28 April 2022, no new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.
Dividend
Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will pay a final dividend for 2021 of 15.2 pence per share payable on 20 May 2022 to ordinary shareholders named on the register of members as at 6.30pm on 8 April 2022.
An interim dividend of 4.3 pence per ordinary share was paid on 19 November 2021. Therefore, if the resolution to pay the final dividend is passed, the total full-year dividend for the 52 weeks ended 25 December 2021 will be 19.5 pence per ordinary share.
Half Year Results
The Company will release its 2022 Half Year results on 21 July 2022.
