In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA, we would like to notify the following:
The Company's issued capital as at 31 December 2022 consisted of 560,916,049 ordinary shares of 10 pence each of which 5,237,907 ordinary shares were held in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of shares with full voting rights in the Company at the above date was 555,678,142 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
