Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 30 April 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 409,631,594 Ordinary Shares with a nominal value of 1 penny each. Of these Ordinary Shares, 14,615,528 are held as Treasury Shares. Accordingly, as at 30 April 2026, there were 395,016,066 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
