Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 4^th October 2021 it made a market purchase of 55,469 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.13% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 715p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

Following this purchase, there are 41,328,348 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 55,469 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
