Transaction in own shares

The Company announces that on 8^th March 2022 it made a market purchase of 10,500 of its own Ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). The shares were bought at 596p per share and the Company intends to hold these shares in treasury.

Following this purchase, there are 41,125,709 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and 258,108 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
