Marija Hrebac Appointed to the Iconic Board of Directors

Iconic Labs PLC ("Iconic") is pleased to announce that Marija Hrebac has been formally appointed to the Board of Directors.

Marija Hrebac's appointment to the Board of Directors was originally announced to the market on 24 May 2021 but was subject to regulatory checks.

Those regulatory checks were completed satisfactorily on 4 June 2021 but in view of the appointment of the Joint Administrators to Iconic on 4 June 2021, it was not possible to formalize Marija Hrebac's appointment with the corresponding filings at Companies House. 

Since the original announcement and satisfactory completion of regulatory checks, Marija Hrebac has confirmed that there have been no changes to her circumstances that would impact her qualification as a director, including, bankruptcy filings, insolvency filings, litigation, blacklists, sanctions or any other factor which could damage Iconic's reputation.

Given that the CVA has been passed by Iconic's creditors of the and approved by shareholders, and that the Administration has ended and control returned to the Directors, Marija Hrebac's appointment to the Board of Directors has been formalized with immediate effect and the corresponding filings have been made with Companies House.
