Iconic Labs Plc shareholders approved all nine proposed resolutions at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 15 May 2025. These approvals included the adoption of accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 and the re-appointment of RPG Chartered Accountants, John Farquharson, Bela Lendvai-Lintner, and Victor Humberdot as Directors. Shareholders also authorised Directors to allot shares up to a maximum aggregate nominal amount of £2,985,223.22 and to make market purchases of own shares.
