The Form 8.3 - Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited announcement released on 9 May 2024 at 11.23 under RNS No 8131N has been amended.

Amendments have been made to section 3. (a)

*The change in the holding of 913 shares since the last disclosure on 8^th May 2024 is due to the transfer out of a discretionary holding. 

All interests and all short positions should be disclosed.

Details of any open stock-settled derivative positions (including traded options), or agreements to purchase or sell relevant securities, should be given on a Supplemental Form 8 (Open Positions).
