IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 398,608,349.
Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 6,501,686 shares at a cost of £43,950,522.36 (excluding fees and taxes).

IG Group Holdings plc announced on 19 September 2023 that it purchased 122,278 of its ordinary shares from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc on 18 September 2023. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 676.78p per share, with prices ranging from 670.50p to 685.00p. IG Group intends to cancel these shares, which would leave 398,608,349 ordinary shares in issue, and has cumulatively purchased 6,501,686 shares for £43,950,522.36 since 2 August 2023.
