IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 20,841,872 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 340,715,996 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 4 September 2025, IG Group has purchased 7,739,635 shares at a cost of £85,262,401.20 (excluding fees and taxes).

The volume weighted average price paid per share was 1,170.60, with a highest price of 1,177.00 and a lowest price of 1,161.00, and the shares will be held in treasury.
