IG Group Holdings notes that in its announcement in respect of transactions in own shares announced at 07:00 on 22 December 2025 under RNS number 3581M the total number of shares repurchased along with their cost were incorrectly stated. As such, the following amendment has been made:
Correction to the total amount of shares repurchased and the cost of shares.

Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:
