These shares will be held in treasury, bringing IG Group's total treasury shares to 26,400,538, with 335,157,330 ordinary shares in issue. IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:
