IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:

Since 4 September 2025, IG Group has purchased 13,426,574 shares at a cost of £161,440,691.29 (excluding fees and taxes).
