International Plc between 13 and 17 April 2026, pursuant to instructions issued on 1 April 2026. These shares were acquired at daily volume weighted average prices ranging from 1,489.69 pence to 1,524.84 pence. Since 1 April 2026, IG Group has purchased 369,825 shares for £5,467,656.58 (excluding fees and taxes), bringing its total ordinary shares held in treasury to 29,697,204.

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 29,697,204 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 331,860,664 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 1 April 2026, IG Group has purchased 369,825 shares at a cost of £5,467,656.58 (excluding fees and taxes).
