IG GROUP HOLDINGS PLC TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES

IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces that from 27 April 2026 to 1 May 2026, it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 April 2026, as announced on 1 April 2026:

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 30,023,169 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 331,534,699 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 1 April 2026, IG Group has purchased 695,790 shares at a cost of £10,425,441.22 (excluding fees and taxes).

IG Group Holdings plc purchased a total of 163,414 of its ordinary shares from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc between 27 April 2026 and 1 May 2026. The shares were acquired at volume-weighted average prices ranging from 1,501.22p to 1,530.17p, with the intention to hold them in treasury. Following these purchases, IG Group holds 30,023,169 ordinary shares in treasury and has 331,534,699 ordinary shares in issue.
