International Plc between July 27 and July 30, 2026, at volume-weighted average prices ranging from 1,689.35p to 1,710.93p. Since April 1, 2026, IG Group has purchased 1,994,774 shares at a cost of £32,904,274.91, and now holds 29,222,153 ordinary shares in treasury, with 332,335,715 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Additionally, the £125 million share buyback programme, announced on March 19, 2026, was cancelled following the Underdog acquisition announcement on July 30.

International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 April 2026, as announced on 1 April 2026:

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 29,222,153 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 332,335,715 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
Since 1 April 2026, IG Group has purchased 1,994,774 shares at a cost of £32,904,274.91 (excluding fees and taxes).
Following the announcement of the Underdog acquisition by IG Group on 30 July, the £125 million share buyback programme announced by IG Group on 19 March 2026 has been cancelled.
