1. Ms Jasi Halai, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of 3i Group plc purchased 1,252 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £15.87 per share.
2. Yahvi Halai being a person closely associated with Ms Jasi Halai, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of 3i Group plc, purchased 563 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £15.87 per share.
3. Neev Halai being a person closely associated with Ms Jasi Halai, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of 3i Group plc , purchased 563 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £15.87 per share.
4. Kush Halai being a person closely associated with Ms Jasi Halai, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of 3i Group plc, purchased 563 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £15.87 per share.
5. Ms Jasi Halai, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of 3i Group plc, sold 2,961 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company at a price of £15.87 per share.
On 1 February 2023, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was also notified that on 31 January 2023 the following transactions took place:
