3i Group plc announced on 01 June 2026 the purchase and cancellation of 1,157,798 ordinary shares between 26 May and 29 May 2026, through Barclays Capital Securities Limited, as part of its £750 million share buyback programme. Since the programme began on 14 May 2026, 3i has acquired 3,623,854 shares for cancellation at an aggregate cost of £80,261,497.44, resulting in a total of 1,021,085,676 voting rights.

3i Group plc (the "Company" or "3i") announces today that it has purchased for cancellation the following number of its ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Shares") through Barclays Capital Securities Limited as part of the £750 million share buyback programme announced by 3i on 14 May 2026 (the "Programme"):

Following the above purchase and cancellation of the Shares, the total number of voting rights in the 3i will be 1,021,085,676 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. 3i does not hold any shares in treasury.
Since the commencement of this Programme, 3i has purchased 3,623,854 Shares for cancellation at an aggregate cost of £80,261,497.44 (excluding fees and taxes).
