The Chairman of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, Robert Elliott, has announced that Mr Andrew Power will retire as a Director at the conclusion of the Bank's Annual General Meeting (19 May 2023) having completed his six-year term of office.
The Chairman paid tribute to Mr Power and expressed the Board's deep appreciation for his valuable service and commitment over what was a transformative period for the Bank.
