Inchcape plc announced on 14 January 2026 that on 13 January 2026, it purchased 3,161 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each through Jefferies International Limited, at a volume weighted average price of 781.93 pence per share. These purchases form part of a share buyback programme announced on 4 March 2025, under which the Company has acquired 33,090,717 shares at a cost of £228,551,872.47 since that date. Following settlement and cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 360,804,302.
