Inchcape PLC purchased a total of 436,425 of its ordinary shares of £0.10 each through UBS AG London Branch between 30 March 2026 and 2 April 2026. These purchases are part of the Company's share buyback programme announced on 3 March 2026, and Inchcape PLC intends to cancel these shares. Following settlement and cancellation, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 356,017,602, with 2,190,634 shares purchased at a cost of £17,333,643.44 since 3 March 2026.
