In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Inchcape plc announces that on 31 May 2026 its issued share capital was 353,375,020 ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares carry voting rights of one vote per share. Inchcape plc does not hold any shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Inchcape plc under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Inchcape plc announced on 01 June 2026 that its issued share capital as of 31 May 2026 comprised 353,375,020 ordinary shares of 10p each. All these shares carry one voting right per share, and the company confirmed it holds no shares in treasury.
