Notice of Interim Results and Investor Presentation
Ingenta plc ("Ingenta" or the "Company"), a leading provider of software and services to the global publishing industry, will be presenting via the Investor Meet Company platform on 21 September 2022 at 15.30 (BST).
The presentation will give existing and prospective investors the opportunity to listen to management discuss the Company's interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2022, which are being released to the market on Wednesday 21 September 2022.
The presentation will be hosted by Scott Winner (CEO) and Jon Sheffield (CFO), and there will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end of the meeting. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
