Transaction in Own Shares

The Company confirms that, pursuant to the authority granted at its 2026 Annual General Meeting, it has purchased, through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, 34,924 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury at a price of 64.5p per share.

Following the repurchase of the Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 15,308,256 Ordinary Shares, of which 106,278 will be held in treasury. Accordingly, the Company will have total voting rights of 15,201,978. This figure (15,201,978) represents the total voting rights in the Company may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
