2026 Second Interim Dividend

The Board of International Public Partnerships Limited ('INPP', 'the Company'), the FTSE 250 listed infrastructure investment company, is pleased to declare the following distribution:

2026 and 2027 dividend targets

The Board continues to forecast a long-term projected annual dividend growth rate of c.2.5% and reconfirms that the 2026 and 2027 annual dividend targets are 8.79 pence per share and 9.01 pence per share respectively. The target dividend growth rate is determined by taking into account the Company's ambitions to sustainably grow dividends over the long term whilst providing full dividend cash coverage.

Dividend payments

Following this payment, the Company will be moving to cheque-less dividend payments, and all future cash dividends will be paid electronically. Shareholders should ensure that valid bank account details are registered with the Company's Registrar; otherwise, payments will be held until the necessary instructions are received. The Company recognises that this change may cause some inconvenience, but considers electronic payment to be a more efficient, secure and cost-effective way for shareholders to receive dividends, while also reducing the environmental impact associated with issuing cheques.

You can register your bank details in the following ways:
