INVESTMENT IN BEE SWEET HONEY LIMITED IN ZAMBIA
Inqo Investments Limited announces the exit of its investment in Bee Sweet Honey Limited, the honey production business in Zambia.
Inqo decided to disinvest from its Bee Sweet investment as the company was not performing in terms of its agreed financial mandate and was undergoing a corporate re-structure. The disposal is expected to be completed with a final payment in January 2023. This divestment incurred a net loss of ZAR950k.
