Investec Limited announced on 11 September 2025 that between 3 and 9 September 2025, it purchased 860,871 Investec plc ordinary shares on the LSE at prices ranging from GBP5.3200 to GBP5.7550 and 1,237,210 Investec plc ordinary shares on the JSE at prices from R125.9600 to R137.9100. During the same period, Investec Limited also repurchased 546,340 of its own ordinary shares on the JSE for R126.6400 to R139.8700. Cumulatively since 20 August 2025, Investec Limited has purchased 3,014,886 Investec plc LSE shares for GBP16,590,860, 3,010,405 Investec plc JSE shares for R395,761,886, and repurchased 1,933,645 of its own shares for R255,196,710.
