TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS (AMENDMENT)
The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement, released on 2 December 2024 at 10.35am GMT, under RNS No. 4267O.
The issued share capital should have been 224,610,034, instead of 226,375,419 and the total number of voting rights in the Company should have been 217,417,961, instead of 219,183,346.
All other details remain unchanged.

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that as at 30 November 2024:

the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 224,610,034, ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); |

· |
the Company held 7,192,073 Ordinary Shares in Treasury; and |
|
· |
the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 217,417,961. |
The above figure, 217,417,961, may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
