These shares were acquired at various volume-weighted average prices and will be cancelled, forming part of BOIG's buy-back programme to acquire up to €530 million in shares.

These share purchases form part of BOIG's intention to buy back up to €530 million of shares as part of the buy-back programme announced on 02 March 2026 (the "Programme").
