Ithaca Energy plc announced on 8 October 2026 that Computershare Share Plan Trustees Limited purchased and awarded ordinary shares on 5 October 2026 to Executive Chairman Yaniv Friedman, CEO Luciano Vasques, and CFO Iain Lewis under the Company's Share Incentive Plan. For each of these three Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs), 53 ordinary shares were purchased at £2.847 per share, and an additional 106 matching shares were awarded at nil cost, with all transactions occurring on the London Stock Exchange.

The Company was notified on 8 October 2026, that the following purchases of Ithaca Energy plc ordinary shares were made by Computershare Share Plan Trustees Limited on 5 October 2026 on behalf of the Company's persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan (‘SIP’).
The SIP is an all-employee share plan arrangement approved by HM Revenue and Customs, under which employees are able to buy ordinary shares in the Company using deductions from salary in each monthly pay period.
