Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
Further to our announcement dated 24 August 2022, IWG plc, the world's leading supplier of flexible workspace solutions, is pleased to confirm that Charlie Steel will be appointed to the IWG plc Board as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 November 2022. Charlie takes over the role from Glyn Hughes who has resigned as a director of IWG plc with effect from 31 October 2022.
