The Company announces that it purchased 45,254 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 682.5559 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 87,057,334 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 194,576,576. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
