The Company announces that it purchased 71,841 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 693.5328 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 87,464,228 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 194,169,682. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
