The Company announces that it purchased 74,639 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 677.962 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 87,669,061 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 193,964,849. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
